  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or not as described. In such cases, IMOTO Home Ltd will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and cover all associated costs. A full refund or replacement will be offered.
